All those Southern Barbecue flavours are packed into this blend. Our house smoked salt is mixed with spices & dried herbs as well as a touch of brown sugar for sweetness. A perfect salt to finish barbecued meats or to use to flavour meats, vegetables such as grilled corn & pineapple or added to tofu for a southern styled dish.
